What is included in membership?

Membership includes access to all of our recovery content including yoga, breathwork, meditation, mobility/SMR, and cool-downs.


The Jump Training Program is available for an additional cost.

Can I sign my team up?

Yes, we have discounts available for teams! If you are a coach or club director get a quote on team pricing to get started.

What is the difference between the subscriptions (Monthly, 6-Month, Yearly)?

Savings! If you are an individual athlete, or parent of an athlete, you can save 18% with the 6-Month plan or 25% with the Yearly plan.

How do I cancel?

If you are an individual athlete, or parent of an athlete, you can cancel your membership at any time.


  • Go to your Dashboard

  • Select the Billing tab

  • Under Active Plan, select the Change Plan button

  • Select the Cancel Membership link


Please note that there are no refunds for partially unused membership periods.

CLASSES

I'm new to yoga. Where should I start?

The Yoga Beginner Series is perfect for athletes of all sports that have never done yoga or have done yoga but are still new to it. You'll learn basic yoga movements and breathwork techniques to get you confident enough to take any yoga class on our portal.

Is yoga an intense athletic class?

No. Our yoga classes are meant for recovery. But, you’ll still work! Consider it active rest, generally speaking. We focus on increasing range of motion, preventing injury by stabilizing the joints and working on balance and coordination.

Do I need any equipment for the yoga classes?

Technically, you don't need anything but a willing attitude and capable body. However, minimally you will need a yoga mat. Two yoga blocks and a strap could come in handy for allowing you to progress safely and quickly. For Restorative Yoga, if you don't have bolsters, you can use pillows, blankets, and towels.

Do I need any equipment for the HIIT Classes?

We will generally provide bodyweight alternatives for all exercises but if you have the following to include, it will definitely offer that added challenge to all your workouts.

  • Dumbbells

  • Box/Step

  • Resistance Loop

  • Yoga Mat

Should I eat before I train or practice yoga?

Don’t practice on a full stomach, but it is helpful to eat a protein/fat snack about 60 minutes before a session. Also, make sure you are well-hydrated prior to class.
